Imogen Dental COVID-19 Update - 20th March 2022
Following the government announcement on 19th January 2022 that as from 27th January 2022 face coverings will no longer be mandatory in public places, the UK Health Security Agency has stated that this does NOT apply to staff and patients in GP Practices, Dental Practices, Optometrists and Pharmacies. Imogen Dental staff will therefore continue to wear masks at all times and ask that our patients and visitors to the practice also continue to wear face coverings during their visit.
It is essential we continue to provide a safe environment for our patients and team members. When entering the practice you are still expected to wear a face covering unless exempt. These measures will continue through the winter and we will provide updates when appropriate. This will help keep you, the community and our patients safe.

Covid 19 notice
Imogen Dental would like to thank all our patients for their patience during the long period of practice closure due to COVID-19. Thank you all for your understanding and cooperation whilst we now implement enhanced measures, protocols and procedures. These are present to keep our patients, team and families safe.
Since reopening - 1st July 2020
Our team have now returned to providing routine dental care, albeit in a restricted and limited capacity.
Patient Portal System To enhance a minimum contact experience for patients at Imogen dental, we are delighted to announce the launch of our Patient Portal system. From the comfort of your own home, you can now complete mandatory documents such as your medical history, consent, and NHS forms prior to your visit. A link to access your portal will be sent to your smart phone two days before your appointment. If you do not own a smart phone, please let the reception team know that you would prefer your portal link to be sent via email.

Emergencies
We will still be providing our emergency telephone service for advice. Dental emergencies include: severe pain for over 48 hours, facial swelling, trauma, or uncontrolled bleeding.
Attending the practice During this time, we are unable to allow any patients who do not already have an appointment into the practice, so please do not arrive at the practice unannounced.
By following our new protocols treatment timelines may be extended, we understand this can be inconvenient for patients. If your appointment needs to be postponed a member of our team will contact you.
